This year’s “Dinner for a Cause” helps 5Cities Homeless Coalition fully support the critical needs of children, youth, and families impacted by homelessness in southern SLO County.
“No child should have to endure the indignity of searching the garbage for his or her next meal,” says Fin’s owner Bruce Van Vort. One-hundred percent of the proceeds on November 27 will be donated to 5Cities Homeless Coalition for housing, food, clothing, transportation and other basic needs.

Giving Tuesday” is a global day dedicated to giving back. Celebrated annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, it follows the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It kicks off the charitable season when many people focus on holiday and end-of-year giving.
