Celebrate Giving Tuesday November 27 at Fin’s!

Fin’s Seafood Restaurant at Grand Avenue and Hwy. 1 in Grover Beach will donate 100% of proceeds to 5Cities Homeless Coalition from its “Dinner for a Cause,” 5 to 9 pm on “Giving Tuesday” November 27. Help us spread the word - here's a flyer to post at your office! For just $25, enjoy your favorite selections from a special menu of tri-tip or vegetarian pasta alfredo – with salad, vegetables, mashed potatoes, rolls and non-alcoholic drink included. For an extra treat (and an extra donation to the cause) enjoy dessert and drink specials, too! And don’t forget the music . . . Special guest Terry Lawless will open the evening, followed by super-fun dance band Sound Investment, playing classic rock, pop hits and the occasional country crossover. Our raffle prizes rock, too – think “big” for holiday gift-giving (for you or a family member)! Purchase tickets online here, by phone with a credit card 805-574-1638 or at the door. Take-out is available, too! SPONSORSHIPS: For the first time we are offering sponsorships of this special "Giving Tuesday" event as well. For $250.00, you receive two (2) dinner tickets and your name or company logo displayed prominently at Fin's during the event from 5 to 9 pm. We will promote you  online, on social media, and in e-mail promos. Download a sponsor form here or call Charlotte Alexander@ 805-574-1638 for more information. This year’s “Dinner for a Cause” helps 5Cities Homeless Coalition fully support the critical needs of children, youth, and families impacted by homelessness in southern SLO County. “No child should have to endure the indignity of searching the garbage for his or her next meal,” says Fin’s owner Bruce Van Vort. One-hundred percent of the proceeds on November 27 will be donated to 5Cities Homeless Coalition for housing, food, clothing, transportation and other basic needs. “Giving Tuesday” is a global day dedicated to giving back. Celebrated annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, it follows the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It kicks off the charitable season when many people focus on holiday and end-of-year giving.
